Going to visit my cousin!!

This is my goofy cousin Roscoe! Mom is going out of town and so are my grandparents who let me stay at thier house but they are going to see mom's sister. So I'm going with them to visit him this weekend!!

Hopefully we'll do something fun like take mud baths!

Sunday Fun

On my Sunday walk, mom took me somewhere a little different. It's on our normal walk route, but not somewhere she usually likes to go.

It's a stream/small river we walk along but it's well below the path and mom says it's usually pretty yucky! But with all the rain that's been here the past four weeks she felt a little more comfortable letting me go down and play in the water.

Here are some fun pictures, mom had to use her phone because her camera wasn't charged properly.
Mom said these guys were trying to fish, but she didn't think they were having any luck.
What was even more exciting is that I got a much longer walk than normal because we had to wait for me to dry off before mom would go home!

Mom's Cheating on Me

Ok, some of you might be wondering who that goofing looking dog is who took over my Wordless Wednesday is?

Well mom is cheating on me and she can't hind it. I smelled it for certain last Saturday. She ran off super early in the morning came home around lunch time and it was all over her. Then this week I got in the car and I smelled it some more!! And you know we all got good sniffers!

Mom finally fessed up that she was "volunteering" and she hopes to start doing more of it. This "volunteering", which she called a transport, consisted of driving a bulldog from one place to another where his foster family was waiting for him. (Doesn't she know I love car rides and that she wouldn't have to give me away at the end of one?)

Anywho here's some more pictures of the rascal! Thankfully he was passed on to his new foster parents and mom didn't bring him home. But now she won't stop talking about how cute English Bulldoggy's are.Mom knows that driving with a pup in your lap isn't very safe she doesn't let me do it and she says if she's going to do more cheating on me transporting, she's going to get a proper car harness or crate, but that Butch here wouldn't settle down until he got in her lap. But because he was settled and just slept she thought it was better than him crawling around.

Rainy Day Mail

It's been a rainy yucky past couple of days, but thankfully a special Delivery for yours truely brightened my Saturday since I couldn't go out to play in the mud.

It was from my friends Dozer, Star and Dubby.

Mom let me open it and I got to work!

First I had to read their notes...Star is such a lady(notice her pretty typing)!!They each sent something special my way, Dubby sent me a Kong Wubba(I've never had one), Dozer a ball of course and it's a good tough one, and Star sent me some shiny bling to match my momma's new ring!Can you see the sparkle?!Look how fast I move for the Wubba!! Or maybe that's mom moving too slow with the camera?They said the purple is because I'm royalty!I love my new toys, now if mom would just throw them some more!!Thank you Star, Dubby, and Dozer I love the special things your picked out for me!!
