Awesomeness All Around

My buddy Quizz tagged me to play the Seven Reasons I'm Awesome game. It's pretty exciting because my moto is "When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome." True Story. Have to thank my mom for sharing that one with me as she's a HIMYM addict.

So here goes:

1. I have a FTB now!! (Sorry still super excited about this one!!)
2. I have a super awesome Cousin Roscoe
3. I have one blue and one brown eye (some people ask if one is fake, although I've never met another doggie who has a fake eye)
4. I sleep sidewars and only take up 3/4 of the bed so mom has a whole 1/4 to herself
5. I am the fastest licker in the west
6. I was rescued from a junkyard
7. I sound like a wookiee sometimes when I Roo.

Roscoe and Me

Even though I already know they are, I'd like to see how awesome these 7 dogs are:
1. Sprite
2. Addy
3. Levi
4. Dory
5. Bijou
6. Prairie Dogs
7. Tank

Houstonians are Nice!!

I had a great time in Houston this weekend visiting with my family and cousin Roscoe. I also got to meet a lot of great new people!! My uncle G had a birthday party where all his friends came by, visited and ate something called crawfish.

I think R and I agree that our favorite new person was a little one called Ella. She was so great, she happened to be the right height for both of us to easily love on her without getting in trouble for jumping up to give kisses. She was also really generous with all her treats that her big people brought for her. She shared them all with R and I and was really nice about petting us too. We made sure we were really gentle with the new little person so that should would like us. Thanks Ella!

Those little crawfish things were pretty cool too, it was like nothing I'd seen before. Lots of people crowded around a big long table peeling apart tiny lobsters and eating. I just stood there and stared at all the people and all the crawfish.

All in all it was a great trip with some fun new experiences and of course play time with Roscoe. We ran all over the place and I'm still recovering today with lots and lots of naps. I hope he comes up to visit me at my house sometime soon. Easter would be a great opportunity for that R if your reading this.

Ready or Not Here I Come!!

Yea!! My mom just told me this morning that we're going on a car ride to go see my cousin Roscoe this weekend. Something about a crawfish boil and I get to play with him outside a lot. I was so excited when she told me I get to see Roscoe that I jumped up and started looking for him around the house. I should have known better, becuase he's never even been to my house!!

So get ready R-buddy, I'm packing up tonight so I can head your way!!

P.S. I'll make sure my mom takes lots of new pictures.

Best Cuz

So family is my life and I couldn't be happier with the one that found me in this world, from my foster mom, to my mom, my FLF, my Grandparents, and so on...especially my best cousin.

His name is Roscoe and he's a rescue like me which made us have an instant bond when we first met. He's really pretty cool and a ton of fun to play with. This Christmas we got to go on what my mom called a ski trip, but I don't think R and I ever got to do any skiing. We did get to play in this stuff my mom called snow, which is this awesome fluffy white stuff that you can stick your face in and lick like water. I'll put some pictures of that up later.

But anyway, like I said R is cool because he lets me share his things (well most things), on this trip I got to borrow his antler and bone, he also let me borrow his bed which was like mine at home, but mine is prettier because there is pink on it. We enjoyed playing in the snow together, playing tug sometimes, and he liked to chase me when I was playing fetch; he actually started learning what that was all about too. So family, especially cousin's can be pretty cool. If you have a chance I suggest you get a cousin to play with.
Thanks R Buddy!!
