Better Late Than Never...

Mom was looking through pictures of me to find some cute ones for my bloggy (who is she kidding they're all cute!!) and came across the ones I'm going to share with your today. They're over a couple months old now...

This was my Christmas gift from momma. Do you know what it is? It's a Nina Ottosson Interactive Toy for doggies. This one is called The Brick. Mom says she makes some for cats too.
What your human does is hide yummy treats under the brown sliding things and the white little bones. Then it's our job to figure out how to get to the treats!!
Yum!! It's supposed to help stimulate your brain and give you something physical to do. Physical and mental stimulation is very important for us dogs to stay happy and healthy.Mom said she was a little worried when buying it that I wouldn't get it, but was shocked and surprised when I had all the treats out in less than 5 minutes! Ha!!

Say Hello to My Little Friend

Some of you may have seen Beckett on my blog in the past. He's my Foster Mom's son and lots of fun to play with.

I got to see him again this weekend and here are some fun pictures that his mom took.
What are you doing in that bucket strange little man?!

Mmm...goldfish!!

Mom taught Beckett how to feed me goldfish out of his mouth! She does this sometimes with Cheetos and I take the part that's hanging out of her (or his) mouth ever so gently. Yum!!

Don't worry Murphy, I'll get to your tag later this week I hope!

Special Treat

Mmm...mom gave me a special treat tonight...

She calls them bully sticks and says I probably don't want to know what they really are or I might not like them some much... I don't know they sure taste good to me and I like how they last super long!!I think mom likes how long it takes me to chew them too, because she says they are magic and provide a little peace and quiet. Yeah, whatever that is mom...

nom nom nom...

Milk Bone PB Sandwich

Ok, so time to show off my favorite treat. Mom doesn't let me have as many of these as I'd like, she says I need to keep my girlish figure. Here's a pictorial of 'Treat Time' :o)

Letting mom think I don't really want it...

Well it looks kind of good...

Oh goodie!! Mom said 'OK' time for yumminess!!

Now I don't want to leave a dirty floor, I'll just help mom clean up!

Mom wanted me to let you know she gets the Kirkland brand dog biscuit treats from Costco and that's why they are jumbo size. And she usually doesn't give me quite so much PB but wanted it to show up fully in the picture. Yum!!

P.S. Thanks Dennis for the award I'll post later this week.

P.P.S. I get to stay with my Foster Mommy this weekend!! My mom and grandparents have yet another wedding to go to, this time out of state.

Almost Here!

Yea!!! The weekend is almost here. Mom's been cleaning a lot and says that people are coming over to spend time with her or something. But I know that they really want to come see me and play with me and throw my ball and give me treats... right?!

Houstonians are Nice!!

I had a great time in Houston this weekend visiting with my family and cousin Roscoe. I also got to meet a lot of great new people!! My uncle G had a birthday party where all his friends came by, visited and ate something called crawfish.

I think R and I agree that our favorite new person was a little one called Ella. She was so great, she happened to be the right height for both of us to easily love on her without getting in trouble for jumping up to give kisses. She was also really generous with all her treats that her big people brought for her. She shared them all with R and I and was really nice about petting us too. We made sure we were really gentle with the new little person so that should would like us. Thanks Ella!

Those little crawfish things were pretty cool too, it was like nothing I'd seen before. Lots of people crowded around a big long table peeling apart tiny lobsters and eating. I just stood there and stared at all the people and all the crawfish.

All in all it was a great trip with some fun new experiences and of course play time with Roscoe. We ran all over the place and I'm still recovering today with lots and lots of naps. I hope he comes up to visit me at my house sometime soon. Easter would be a great opportunity for that R if your reading this.
